Pro Bono (No Attorney Fee) TPS Processing For Haiti

Durrani Law Firm and the Durrani Foundation is unnerved by the mass destruction and perilous circumstances Haitians have faced in the wake of the January 12, 2010 earthquake and subsequent aftershocks that have devastated Haiti. The world, which has increasingly engaged in conflict in recent years, are now cooperating to assist the citizens of Haiti cope with their catastrophic losses, and move forward in a way that will allow survivors to regain their self sufficiency. The United States has granted an eighteen month Temporary Protected Status to certain Haitians who are present in the United States illegally, including those who are currently in deportation proceedings. Durrani Law Firm is offering free assistance with completion of the Temporary Protected Status forms to Haitians who are here illegally, and desire to be granted Temporary Protected Status. Durrani Law Firm is also giving free training to organizations or groups on how to complete Temporary Protected Status forms. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment for training.
